ABOUT ELIZABETH
From a young age, I have felt a deep calling to serve others, almost as if I were on a meaningful mission. I believe my gifts of empathy, compassion, and curiosity are blessings from God that guide my work and shape how I connect with those around me. I strive to use these gifts responsibly and with integrity, engaging in my community whenever possible and remaining committed to growth both personally and professionally.

I come from a proud military family — my mother, father, and two brothers all served — which instilled in me a deep respect for sacrifice, resilience, and dedication. I later had the privilege of serving alongside military personnel as a contractor with the United States Army Recruiting Command (USAREC) at Fort Knox for three years. That experience further strengthened my appreciation for structure, leadership, and the unique challenges faced by service members and their families.

I recognize that every individual is unique, and because of that, therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all experience. Each person brings their own story, strengths, struggles, culture, and goals into the counseling space. I tailor my approach to meet clients where they are, honoring their individuality while providing guidance, structure, and support in a way that fits their specific needs and values.
